Challenges

13M Pay clients comes to us with his idea of Society Management Issues, He explain us how much struggle to manage a single society President, In a Single society there is atleast 50+ Flat, whom having flat owners, Society Managers, Peon, And every Society Manager do struggle to Keep and update record like Rent Related Record, maintainance record, Complaint Record,
Society owener need to waste lot of time to checking their manager record whether he was correct or not.

We were responsible for

  • Defining the App Business Logic
  • Building a stable and scalable infrastructure to manage Socity related Tasks
  • Created a fully functional Web and mobile app

Here at Zolute Consulting we provide a proper solution to our 13M pay client, we develop 2 web and 5 different Mobile Apps for the client

Analysis

The Zolute Consulting team conducted a comprehensive analysis and came up with a solution that gives Society President, Managers, Flat owners the most user-friendly app and best overall experience.

Our main task was to implement integrations; but first, we decided to develop web and DB architecture to solve complex issues with agility and scalability.

Agility and scalability were crucial to the product’s success, as the platform has to work smoothly to deliver a pleasant experience and be helpful for customers.

Architecture

We are using Web App with Codeigniter which is Best Framework of PHP, and for Database we used MySql

For Mobile Application we used React Native

For Hosting we used AWS EC2 and S3,

we develop REST API and Used Python and Node Js Logic

For User Interface We user Html 5 and CSS 3 and Java Script

Modules

13M Pay based on multi hierarchical model, in 13M Pay we develop 40+ different modules Like User Management, Automation, Billing & Invoicing, Society visitor & Property Management, Emergency help, Event Management and many more,

Implementation

We followed Agile Methodology to develop this project, we created weekly Sprint Develop then testing then deploy, Then Next Sprint Planning , Developed, test, deploy.

After lot of analysis and depth research about the scope we implement solution with Two web app and Five different type of mobile app
